Two lists: what you can expect from us, and the few things we ask of you in return.

What you can count on

A written price first. Prices shown on this site are 2026 ranges for the Houston area to help you budget. Your actual price is the written quote you approve, and it doesn't change on the day unless you add work.
The checklist we agreed. Each home or building gets a written checklist. That's the work the visit covers.
A free return visit. Tell us within 48 hours if something on the checklist was missed and we'll come back to put it right at no charge.
Honesty about who does the work. Cleaning booked through this site is carried out by independent cleaning crews we work with. Our referral disclosure explains how that works.
Clear tax and fees. If sales tax applies, or a late-cancellation fee, it's written on your quote before you agree to anything.
Care with your keys. Keys and codes are used only for your cleaning and returned or deleted when service ends.

Two days' notice to skip, move or cancel a visit, so a crew isn't sent for nothing. Shorter notice or a lockout may carry the fee stated on your quote.
A safe place to work. Let us know about aggressive pets, broken steps, mold you already know about, or anything hazardous before we arrive.
Valuables put away. Please secure cash, jewelry, medication and anything irreplaceable. Crews don't open drawers, safes or personal papers.
Tell us about delicate surfaces. Marble, unsealed wood, antiques and special finishes need instructions on your checklist.
Payment when due. Homes pay after each visit or monthly by card; businesses pay invoices on the terms in their proposal.
