How paying for cleaning works with us
No deposits on regular home cleaning, simple monthly billing for businesses, and clear rules on cancellations, add-ons and tax.
Homes
Regular house cleaning and maid service are billed after each visit by card, or monthly if you prefer one charge. There is no deposit for recurring service and no long contract: you can pause, skip or stop with two days' notice. One-time jobs (deep cleans, move-outs, carpet and windows) are paid when the job is done. Large one-time jobs, such as a big move-out on the last day of the month, may need a card on file to hold the date.
Businesses
Commercial and office cleaning is billed monthly in arrears against the written proposal, with net-15 or net-30 terms for established accounts. Contracts are usually month to month after a short first term, with 30 days' notice either way. Supplies such as paper goods and soap, if we provide them, are billed at cost on the same invoice.
Spreading out a big job
For a large one-time job, such as a full post-construction clean or a deep clean of a big house before a sale, we can split the work over two visits and bill each separately. We do not offer loans or credit ourselves. If you pay by credit card, your card's own payment plan is an option.
Cancellations and add-ons
Changes with two days' notice cost nothing. A same-day cancellation or a lockout (no way into the home) may carry a fee stated on your quote. Add-ons are agreed before the visit, or by text during it, and never added to the bill without your yes.
Tax
When sales tax applies to a cleaning service, it appears as its own line on the quote and the invoice, never hidden inside the price.
Insurance and storm claims
Some homeowners and renters policies cover cleaning after a covered event, such as a storm or a burst pipe. We provide an itemized invoice and dated photos to support a claim. Whether it is covered is between you and your insurer.
