Before you book

Six things people ask on the first call

Anything else, ask us on the phone or look through the full list of questions.

How much does a house cleaning cost in Houston?

For 2026 budgeting, a standard visit for a three-bedroom, two-bath home of about 1,800 square feet usually lands between $150 and $230, a first-time deep clean between $280 and $450, and an empty-home move-out clean between $260 and $480. Your own price comes in writing after a short call or a walkthrough. The house cleaning price guide breaks it down.

Do you clean businesses as well as homes?

Yes. Offices, medical and dental suites, retail floors, restaurants after close, event halls and new construction are about half of what we look after. Business quotes start with a walkthrough of the space at a time that suits you.

Do I need to be home?

No. Plenty of customers leave a key, a lockbox or a door code and come home to a finished house. For the first visit we like a few minutes with you, in person or by phone, to agree on what matters most.

Do you bring your own supplies?

Yes: vacuums with HEPA filters, microfiber cloths, mops and the cleaning products. If you want us to use something of yours, such as a stone cleaner for marble or a fragrance-free product, leave it out and say so.

Is a cleaning company licensed in Texas?

Texas does not issue a state license for house cleaning or janitorial work, so no Houston cleaning company holds one. The useful questions are about insurance, how the work is checked, and what happens if something is missed. Our guide to choosing a cleaner lists them.

What happens if something gets missed?

Tell us within 48 hours and we come back to put it right at no charge. A photo by text helps us fix it on the first return trip.

Where we clean

Inside the Loop and out to the master-planned suburbs

Houston is a city of very different houses. A 1920s Heights bungalow with original floors, a Memorial two-story under the pines, a three-story Midtown townhouse and a new build in a Katy subdivision all need a slightly different plan, and so do the offices along the Energy Corridor, in Westchase and around the Texas Medical Center.

We work across the city and in the suburbs on every side of it, from Spring and The Woodlands in the north to Pearland, Friendswood and League City toward the bay.

The city we work in

Why a Houston cleaning plan is not the same as anywhere else

  • 7.9 millionPeople in the Houston metro, which added 126,720 residents in the year to July 2025, the largest gain of any U.S. metro (Census Bureau, March 2026).
  • 58%Of homes inside the city are rented, so move-outs, move-ins and lease turnovers are a big share of the work.
  • 2 million+CenterPoint Energy customers who lost power after Hurricane Beryl on July 8, 2024. Storm season adds its own cleaning list.
  • 19 millionSquare feet of office space in the Energy Corridor alone, about three-quarters of it Class A, cleaned five nights a week.

How a booking runs

From the first call to a finished room

  1. Call or send the form

Tell us the size of the place, how often, and anything that matters: pets, a move-out date, a suite number, a gate code.

  2. A written price

Homes are usually quoted from the call. Larger homes and every business get a walkthrough first. The price arrives in writing.

  3. The visit

The crew works from your checklist, room by room, top to bottom, and finishes with the floors.

  4. Your check

Walk through after we leave. If anything is short of the checklist, tell us within 48 hours and we return.
