Turnover cleaning for Houston short-term rentals, timed to the calendar
Guests arrive for the Medical Center, a conference downtown, a game at the stadium or a weekend in Montrose. Between checkout at eleven and check-in at four, the place needs to look like no one has ever stayed there.

A turnover is a different job from a house cleaning. The clock is short, the standard is a hotel room, and the person checking the work is a guest who will write a review. Our turnover crews follow a written checklist for each property: strip and remake the beds, start the laundry or bag linens for a laundry service, clean the kitchen and bathrooms, reset the furniture to your listing photos, take out the trash, restock the supplies you keep on site, and send you a short photo report before leaving.
We work from your booking calendar. Hosts share the calendar or send checkout times by text, and turnovers are scheduled automatically from it. Same-day turnovers are the norm; back-to-back weekends are the busiest. If a guest leaves the place in a state that needs more than a turnover, we photograph it before we start, so you have what you need for a damage claim through the platform.
We also handle the work that falls between turnovers: a monthly deep clean, quarterly carpet cleaning, windows, and a reset after a long stay. And we notice things: a dripping faucet, a broken blind, a smoke detector chirping. Those go into the photo report, so you can fix them before the next guest finds them.
On the checklist
- Beds and linensbeds stripped and remade to your standard, linens laundered or bagged
- Kitchen resetdishes done, appliances wiped, coffee station restocked
- Bathrooms to hotel standardtowels folded or rolled, amenities refilled, hair and water spots gone
- Stagingfurniture, pillows and throws returned to the listing layout
- Restockingpaper goods, soaps and supplies from your on-site stock
- Photo reportfinished rooms, any damage, anything that needs a repair

Questions about airbnb turnover cleaning
Can you work from my booking calendar?
Yes. Share the calendar or text checkout times and we schedule each turnover from it. Same-day turnovers are standard.
Do you do laundry for short-term rentals?
If the unit has a washer and dryer we do the linens there. If not, we can bag them for your laundry service or launder them off site for a per-bed fee.
What if a guest leaves a mess or damage?
We photograph it before touching anything and send the photos to you. Extra cleaning is quoted before we start unless you have given us a standing limit.
Do you restock supplies?
Yes, from the supplies you keep on site. We can also buy and bill restock items at cost.
Do you clean rentals outside the Loop?
Yes. We look after short-term rentals across the city, including near the Medical Center, NRG Park, the Galleria and in the suburbs.
Can you handle a late checkout?
Usually. Tell us as soon as you approve it, and we move the turnover. If it squeezes a same-day check-in, we will tell you how tight it is.
