Bayou Cleaning Co. was set up to do one simple thing well across a very big city: agree on what clean means for each home and building, write it down, and do it the same way every time.
Houston is the fourth-largest city in the country, about 2.4 million people inside the city limits and some 7.9 million across the metro, and it is still growing faster than any other metro in the United States. That growth shows up in every part of cleaning work: new subdivisions in Katy, Cypress and Pearland finishing every month, apartment leases ending all year round, short-term rentals near the Medical Center and NRG Park turning over every weekend, and office towers along the Energy Corridor and downtown that need cleaning every night.
We are a locally run cleaning company, not a national franchise, that books and manages home and commercial cleaning across Houston and its suburbs. The work is done by cleaning crews who follow our written checklists and our rules for keys, alarms and customer property.

The checklist is the job
Every home and every building gets its own written checklist before the first visit. It records what matters to you, what surfaces need special care and what should be left alone. The crew works from it; the supervisor checks against it.
A price you can hold us to
Homes are priced by the visit, not by the hour, and businesses by a written monthly proposal. The price you agree to is the price on the invoice unless you add something.
We come back
If something on the checklist is missed, tell us within 48 hours and we return to put it right at no charge.
The phone gets answered
Calls are answered 24 hours a day by our phone system, which takes your details and passes them to the scheduling team. Nobody gets a voicemail box.
No invented promises
Texas does not license cleaning companies, so we do not claim a license. We do not quote reviews we did not earn, and we will tell you when a job belongs to someone else, such as mold remediation, kitchen exhaust hoods or biohazard cleanup.
