House cleaning that follows your house, not a script
Every home in Houston has its own trouble spots: the pollen film on a Memorial window sill, the dog hair on a Cypress staircase, the hard-water ring in a Pearland shower. A good house cleaning starts by writing those down.

Our house cleaning is the regular visit that keeps a home in shape between the big jobs. It covers every room you live in: the kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and the fronts of the appliances; the bathrooms from mirror to floor; bedrooms and living areas dusted, vacuumed and mopped; and the trash taken out on the way to the door. What makes it work is the checklist. Before the first visit we ask which rooms matter most, which surfaces need special care (marble, unsealed wood, a glass cooktop), where the pets sleep, and what you would like left alone. That list goes with every crew, every time.
Most Houston households settle on one of three rhythms. Every week suits busy families, homes with several pets, and anyone with allergies who wants dust and pollen kept down. Every other week is the most popular plan: the house never gets away from you, and the cost per month stays reasonable. Once a month works for a tidy household that just wants the bathrooms, kitchen and floors done properly. Whichever you choose, the first visit is longer, because it usually includes a deeper pass to bring the house up to the level the regular visits will hold.
You do not need to be home. Many customers leave a key or a door code, and we text when the crew arrives and when they lock up. If something on the list gets missed, tell us within 48 hours and we come back.

Questions about house cleaning
How long does a regular house cleaning take?
For a three-bedroom, two-bath home on an every-other-week plan, a crew of two usually needs two to three hours. The first visit takes longer. We give you a time window with the quote.
Will it be the same cleaner every time?
We aim to send the same crew to the same home, because they learn the house. When someone is out sick or on vacation, the replacement works from the same written checklist.
Do I need to tidy before you come?
Picking up clothes, toys and paperwork lets the crew spend the time cleaning instead of moving things. We do not sort mail or open drawers.
Can you skip a visit or change the day?
Yes. Give us two days' notice and we move or skip it. Holiday weeks fill early, so tell us as soon as you know.
Do you clean around pets?
Yes. Tell us about them on the first call. Some dogs are happiest in a closed room or a crate while the vacuums run; cats usually find their own hiding place.
What products do you use?
Professional products chosen for each surface, plus fragrance-free options. If you prefer we use your products, leave them out. Our green cleaning guide explains the choices.
